		Javed Malik was the first television journalist to interview the former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif after his exile for 6 years. He is also the only television journalist in Pakistan who interviewed the former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto more than 4 times during the last months of her life when she ended her exile on 18th October 2008.



		VariousInternational personalities from Middle East, Europe, United States and Asia and have appeared on his show that include Prime Ministers, Senators, British and European Parliamentarians and members of the Royal Family.



		Javed malik conceived, produced and hosted a special series on ARY Network called The Muslim World which dealt with issues pertaining to the Muslim World in the aftermath of 9/11, in which leading international scholars took part.

Javed Malik is the Vice President – Corporate Relations for ARY One World.

He studied Media & Journalism at the prestigous London Middlesex University. He also holds a degree in International Law. He started his media career in London where has was associated with various Channels, while he also wrote for international dailies. Articles written by him have appeared in leading English dailies in London, Middle East and Pakistan. His other Media & Journalism related achievments include establishing the Khaleej Times International Media Forum as a leading platform of intercative journalism in the Middle East. It was launched by Cheri Blair QC, wife of the British Prime Minister and various leading international personalities, decision makers, world leaders and newsmakers were invited to speak on prevailing issues. Javed Malik moderated and chaired the sessions which were broadcast as well as reported in a leading English Daily.

He hosts and produces his programme on ARY Network entitled INSIGHT with JAVED MALIK, which deals with current and international affairs. Javed Malik is known for is subtle but incisive question and his objective political analysis during is programme in which leading political personalities such as government ministers, leaders of the opposition and independent analysts take part.



		Javed Malik has also produced and Directed biographical documentaries among which is his recent film on the life of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. This is the only film in which his daugther has personally participated and the film was released personally by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani in Islamabad on 2nd April 2008 in Islamabad.



		Javed Malik’s objective analysis has won him many admirers and he is frequently invited to appear on international Television and Radio channels as a political analyst on issues relating to Pakistan or the Mulsim World. He has appeared and taken part in many debates on on Al Jazeera English, BBC, Dubai TV, Sky, PTV World News, ND TV, City 7 TV, Washington based Radio Sawa etc.



		Javed Malik is a member of Royal Television Society, International Media Network, Society of professional journalists, Dubai Press Club, London Press Club, and has actively taken part in Arab Media Forum, and various other Media & Journalism bodies.
