WANA: Security forces have taken control of Kotkai, the native village of Taliban Chief Hakeemullah Mehsud on Saturday, reports said.
Moreover, in a fierce clash between the troops and militant fighters six militants were killed and six injured in tehsil Ladha in terrorists infested South Waziristan tribal region.
Three security men were also martyred in Saturday fighting, sources said.
The forces were advancing towards Badar Jaloshnai region.
